• Subscription Status: If you upgrade to Pro, we maintain a record of your subscription tier and renewal date to ensure your features are unlocked whenever you are logged in.
• Analytics & Improvements: We use industry-standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect anonymized usage data. This helps us understand which routines are most popular and how we can improve the overall user experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
• Cookies: We use cookies to help the service recognize your preferences and ensure a seamless, interruption-free experience across the site and extension.

Because our product facilitates physical wellness by managing your screen time, the extension requires permission to "read and change data on all websites." We want to be clear about why: this is the only technical way we can implement the screen takeover effect that guides you through a break. When a break triggers, Sitcrack overlays a message on your active tab to encourage you to move.

Critically, we never read the actual content of the pages you visit, nor do we record your keystrokes or form data. We use browser permissions solely for the visual implementation of the Service and to ensure the break prompt is effective enough to get you away from the screen.

The Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act (COPPA) regulates the online collection of information from persons under the age of 13. It is our strict policy to refrain from knowingly collecting or maintaining personally identifiable information relating to any person under the age of 18.

If you are under the age of 18, please do not supply any personally identifiable information through our site or extension. When you order Pro features, we may request information such as your name, billing address, and financial details (credit card number and expiration date). This information is used strictly for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing a payment, we use this contact information to reach you.
